Berlin Brides were formed in September 2007 by Natasha Giannaraki and Marilena Orfanou, who compose the lyrics and music. Their sound is a hybrid of electro, punk & powerpop, comprised of female vocals, synths and computer-generated loops. They started performing in February 2008. Drummer Elena joined the band in June 2008, adding combustible raw energy to the band’s electronic high-bpm beats.
